Lately, after work I haven't been in the mood to read books, and that's sad, 'cause I love to read them. So some day I got the bright idea of starting to listening to books on my mp3player instead, and I have to say that it really is convenient, it is good to have some books to push in here and there when one is doing something boring or just want some time away from the PC screen, I have had a bit to much lately, and I've actually started to get bored of it, or at least a littlebit, so the books is a good way to pass the time, and at the same time I can do sudokus or some other non audio thing, like work. So it has turned out to be very convenient. And I managed to get my hands on an invite for demonoid, and they have a very good selection of audio books, and it's nothing more than just putting them on there and one can listen to them, very good for times like these when it seems like human interaction is sparse for me.

The warmth is coming
So, the warmth is coming, and the thermometer is soon showing over 25 degrees celsius, that is too hot for me, I do not work to well in hot weather, my mind shuts down and my body becomes tired to fast, well I may just not be built for that kind of thing. So I guess I'll just try to find the least warm spot in the house and sit there watching the wall or something.
Well it seems like people are out of time to talk at the moment, and the few times one starts up a conversation it seems like people are too busy to answer more than once every second minute or something, that's just too much ignoring for me, so I'll turn over and do something else where I at least don't feel like people have to make an effort to please me with getting out some half ass sentences here and there, It will be better to just spare them the work I guess..
Well, I guess that people being busy also is the reason why none of the people that said "Oh you're going away for over half a year, we have to meet and have some fun" just seemed to have forgot or has more important things to do, well, I guess it was just words after all..

Another "exciting" day
So another day has snailed it's way 'till its end. And I'm not sure that I see the light at the end of the tunnel yet, but I know that I am half way there now at least, and I am still not crazy, (or at least not too much more than usual).
So another day of work is finished, and I really felt unmotivated today, it was no good feeling, especially because I really like my part-time job, but I guess it is the doing the same every day grind that makes it be that way.
After work today we went to the electronics store, because my brother's mp3player was behaving a bit strange, and I bought "Guitar hero on tour" for my DS, it's a lot of fun, but it is hard to play for a long time without getting cramps in my hand.
After that we went and ate kebab for dinner, it was great, a long time since the last time I've eaten that now :) So let's just hope that the next days will be at least a littlebit more exciting.

a little update on the japan trip
Sorry for not updating the last days, it's more or less because my life has been really uneventful the last days and I don't want to bore you that much with stuff that you do not care about.
So finally some updates about the japan trip, finally bought air plane tickets and sent in the application for the scholarship, so now the only things left is to get the insurance and visa, and then I have to buy myself a camera so I can send you guys some pictures. I'm thinking of getting a flickr pro account so I don't have to think about finding places to store my pictures, if you have any suggestions I'll take them with thanks :D

Weekend!
So then it is weekend again, finally, this week has really felt like a long one, but really at the same time pretty short. So this weekend I am going to do about the same thing I do every weekend it seems, just do nothing all day, and then look at the watch and marvel in the evening about how I managed to do nothing all day.
I wrote a pretty long rant about christians over at my norwegian blog, but I don't feel like translating it today, maybe some other day, but I have my doubts I am a bit too lazy :P

Need some sound
So the days go by in the same monochromatic blur as usual, the good thing is that I have grown so accustomed to it now that I don't miss the colours anymore. Well that aside, I have started to not having anything to listen to when I work, something that is a bit scary, 'cause work gets that much more marry when one has something to occupy the mind with, and don't get excessive amounts of time to think, believe me, that's not something that is too healthy for me.

And then it is work work work again
And then the new week began, and I have at least felt that I have been doing something, that's not how it has felt the last days, so that's a plus I guess. I've also started to listen to half share today, and I think that it is as good as the other books, so really worth a try :)
I also have gotten close to finishing my big rubik's cube (4x4x4) but it is always something going wrong at the end, but some time I will get it right, fight on!
